Shipment

Please allow 7-14 days of production time before the product can be shipped.

Shipping is carried out by DHL.
Once the shipment has been handed over to DHL, the transport is outside our responsibility.

Shipment inside Germany:
Standard untracked – 2-4 working days
Standard tracked – 2-4 working days
Express – 1-2 working days

Shipment EU:
Standard tracked – 2-8 working days
Express – 1-4 working days

Worldwide Shipment:
Standard tracked – time depending on location

Regarding the shipment to non-EU countries:
Please note that we bear the insurance costs of the merchandise as well as the costs for any accompanying documents. Product prices are shown exclusive of customs duties. Please note that turnover tax on imports, customs duties as well as handling costs will be invoiced separately by the shipping company for each individual country. Please note that you will have to bear any possible foreign bank charges. 

Customs duties, sales tax on imports as well as handling costs of the shipping company will not be refunded in case of a return.
